Made in Vermont

- Yesterday, Birdsbesafe LLC entered a new phase. We can call it, Made in Vermont, Part Two. We delivered some fabrics and "findings" (aka thread and things like that) to a company that does sewing contract work as a service. In a few weeks, we'll pick up an order of goods. Hurray!

- This trip was just over an hour's travel. We stayed within Vermont borders, assuring that our products will continue to be Made in Vermont.
- The difference is that I, Nancy, will be somewhat relieved not to be sewing so many ruffs. (I will still keep sewing some!) And I can have the interior collars "Made in Vermont" with organic cotton fabrics that I choose.
- And, I can rest easy thinking that my customers will be helping my neighbors have jobs and income that they need.
