Greetings Birdsbesafe fans.

We recently conducted a customer satisfaction survey: we sent out an email to our online customers from the summer and asked how Birdsbesafe cat collars worked out for them.

We got a very positive response, with more than 25% of people responding. (In surveys, that's a great percentage for response rate.)

• 92% of cats cooperated with wearing the collar.
• Birdsbesafe Cat Collar helped reduce or eliminate the cat's hunting success in over 90% of the cats who wore it. 
• The collar was lost by the cat too soon and the owner was unhappy: 20%. 
• Some owners replaced the collars and got good results with it staying on the second time, and became satisfied customers.
• Were Birdsbesafe customers satisfied? 91% said YES!
• We asked for a rating between 1 and 10, 10 being thrilled. We got an average of 9 out of 10 by the owners whose cats didn't lose the collar, and predictably less good marks from those few owners whose cats lost the collar.

What we learned?
We already knew that Birdsbesafe Cat Collar really works, but now we know our customers know it too! Thanks everyone!

Is it worth finding out if your cat will keep the collar on? We think so. You have an 80% chance or so. Sorry for that inconvenience, but a breakaway cat collar is safe because it can come off. It's important to note that a lost collar once doesn't mean the cat will keep losing it in the future.
