FEATURES:

• All Birdsbesafe Cat Collars are made with 100% cotton, machine washable fabric, about 2” wide and 22” long. They scrunch up and flare out.
• Our interior collars are 3/8”-wide polyester webbing and have a plastic “break-away” “Kitty Klip” TM buckle for safety.
• Breakaway means that the buckle clasp will release when under enough pressure such as when it catches on a branch.
• As mentioned, any breakaway cat collar can be lost outdoors by your cat if it opens under pressure. There is no guarantee that your cat won’t lose the collar. The “kitty klip” is the best buckle on the market and it does stay on pretty well, but to be safe, it has to release, which can lead to a lost collar.
• BUY the Fabric Ruff only and supply your own inside collar with a brand and type of your choice:
• As an alternative to buying our interior collar, you may choose your own interior collar from a pet store and combine it with the Birdsbesafe Ruff, sold here at the bottom of the page for $7.95 plus a small shipping fee (less than one dollar). Select any fabric from those shown.
