SHIPPING: We ship Monday–Friday, except holidays. We ship within 2 business days, often within 1 day. We'll email you with a tracking number from U.S. Postal Service. Our packages are shipped with First Class U.S. mail service.

Not in the United States? Select your country, when prompted. Shipping fees vary.

PAYMENTS: Use a major credit card directly or use Paypal. We see your order details, but we never your sensitive financial information. (We use the Shopify platform.)

ORDER FULFILLMENT ERRORS: Please contact us right away if there is an error. We are very careful, but we are human. We will promptly make a refund or ship you what is missing.

AMAZON ORDERS: You can use Amazon's usual methods to reach us for customer service inquiries. We are the only seller of our products on Amazon, and we fulfill our orders ourselves. We follow Amazon policies when acting as a seller on Amazon.
