RETURN POLICY
Your item can be returned in new condition in its original packaging for a refund within 30 days of your receipt of the product. When a returned item is received, we will credit your credit card or original method of payment, and send you notification.
For a return not meeting these conditions, please email us with your concerns. We value your business and we will work out a solution that you are satisfied with.
SHIPPING: We ship Monday–Friday, except holidays. We ship within 2 business days, usually within 1 day. Our packages are shipped with First Class (package rate) via U.S. Postal Service. We send you tracking information via email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Outside the United States, please select your country, when prompted. Shipping fees vary, but reflect our actual shipping cost for your package sent via U.S. Postal Service. Processing in customs offices may take a week or more, and you may receive notice that you need to pick up your package at your post office.
Additional charges for customs or VAT fees may be added when the parcel is in your country; these fees are your responsibility. The proper customs information, including item price, is on the outside of our packages.
Please check the delivery regulations in your own country to find out what customs fees may be. In some instances, they are significant. If you choose not to pay customs or other fees, the package will be returned to us, and when we receive it, we will refund the cost of your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER SIZE LIMITS: The following countries have a $100 limit: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, EU, Ireland and the United Kingdom. These limits help our packages get smoothly through customs, without large fees on delivery and in general, are meant to help customer satisfaction.
NOTE for INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: You can check our "In Stores" page for non-U.S. stores or entities that sell our products. You can shop locally in stores in Canada and Iceland, and shop on online stores in the Switzerland, Belgium and France, as well as in Australia.
ORDER FULFILLMENT ERRORS: Please contact us right away if there is an error with your order when you receive it. We are very careful, but we are human. We will resolve the situation quickly.
PAYMENTS to OUR WEBSITE'S ONLINE STORE: Make your purchases with a major credit card directly or by using Paypal. We will see your order details, but we never see your sensitive financial information. (We use the Shopify platform, and its trusted payment gateway "Stripe".)
AMAZON ORDERS: You can use Amazon's usual methods to reach us for customer service inquiries. Alternatively, you can reach out to us with the contact form on this website and we will help you directly. We are the only seller of our products on Amazon, and we fulfill our orders ourselves. We follow Amazon policies when acting as a seller on Amazon.
