WEBSITE: Our website store is built on the well-respected Shopify platform. You may pay with credit card or Paypal. Payment processing is conducted through the Shopify payment processing software. For your privacy and security, we never see financial details such as credit card numbers.
BIRDSBESAFE on AMAZON: We provide our products to our customers on the Amazon marketplace in the U.S. and Canada. Be sure you are shopping the Birdsbesafe brand, and you will receive true, original Birdsbesafe products.
SHIPPING: We ship Monday–Friday, except holidays. We ship within 2 business days, and often within 1 day. Our packages are shipped with First Class package rate via U.S. Postal Service. We send you tracking information, and your package travels with a UPC (bar code), which is scanned periodically until delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Outside the United States, please select your country, when prompted. Shipping fees vary, but reflect our actual shipping cost for your package sent via U.S. Postal Service. Processing in customs offices may take a week or more, and you may receive notice that you need to pick up your package at your post office.
Additional charges for customs or VAT fees may be added when the parcel is in your country; these fees are your responsibility. The proper customs information, including item price, is on the outside of our packages.
INTERNATIONAL ORDER SIZE LIMITS: The following countries have a $100 limit: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, EU, Ireland and the United Kingdom. These limits help our packages get smoothly through customs, without large fees on delivery and in general, are meant to help customer satisfaction.

ORDER FULFILLMENT ERRORS: Please contact us if there is a problem with your order when you receive it. We will resolve it quickly.
RETURN POLICY: Your item can be returned in new condition in its original packaging for a refund within 30 days of your receipt of the product.
