Shipping policy

We ship Monday–Friday, except holidays. We ship within 2 business days, usually within 1 day. Our packages are shipped with First Class via U.S. Postal Service, and we will send you tracking information via email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Outside the United States, please elect your country, when prompted. Shipping fees vary, but reflect our actual shipping cost for your package sent via U.S. Postal Service. Processing in customs offices may take a week or more, and you may receive notice that you need to pick up your package at your post office.

Additional charges for customs or VAT fees may be added when the parcel is in your country; these fees are your responsibility. The proper customs information, including item price, is on the outside of our packages.

Please check the delivery regulations in your own country to find out what customs fees may be. In some instances, they are significant. If you choose not to pay customs or other fees, the package will be returned to us, and when we receive it, we will refund the cost of your purchase, not including our original shipping charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER SIZE LIMITS: The following countries have a $100 USD limit: Canada, Australia, New Zealand, EU, Ireland and the United Kingdom. These limits help our packages get smoothly through customs, without large fees on delivery and in general, are meant to help customer satisfaction.

No Birds for Ten Months

Our orange-and-white tabby Odi had been averaging two birds a week. Since we put the Rainbow Sally collar on him, he’s gotten not one single bird. It’s quite miraculous. I’ve got no idea why it works, but it does.

Cat Doesn't Mind It, Hopefully Saves Some Birds Lives.

Seems Good, My Cat Doesn't Seem To Mind It On At All And It Looks Good, Seems To Slow Her Down A Bit As Well. Have Yet To See If It Helps Save Any Birds From This Bird Murderer Cat Of Mine! Hopefully!

These work so well for my former stray family. They lose their minds if they don’t spend a little time outside, but I want to keep the local birds safe. Especially important in the spring breeding season! I have been using these for years and just restocked- love the new colors and designs!

Brilliant Collar

I've got a female cat who is a formidable hunter. But she has not been able to kill a single bird since I bought the collar more than a year ago. She did loose one, which I guess is a good thing, since she may have gotten caught on something and was able to get away. She doesn't mind it at all, now that she is used to it. The first day I put the collar on her she kept running from one end of the house to the other, which was quite entertaining, but she didn't mind it at all fairly quickly. I do still limit the times she is outside like early morning and in the evenings when the birds are feeding. Thank you BirdsBSafe for coming up with such an awesome collar!

Saving birds daily!

Our cat loves to spend time in our yard, but he learned to catch birds with some acrobatic moves. Zero birds have been caught since he started wearing the collar. In addition to saving countless birds, these collars are a great conversation starter.

Great collars!

I ordered this breakaway cat collar in three colors, one for each of my cats. I’m delighted with the collars! Pretty, bright colors, plus strong fabric that won’t tear or break apart. But the best feature is the clasp: I can quickly pull it apart to open it without having the fuss of trying to unbuckle it while the cat wiggles and resists. It’s just as easy to put it on the cat— the ends just click together.

So snazzy

So far, so good! My cat is young and quite active! He loves to romp about outdoors! He has in the past, brought his catches indoors! Clearly very disturbing to me! I didn’t want to hurt his feelings, I know it’s his instincts. I needed to set him up to lovingly fail! It’s been almost a month, no catches! Not to mention he looks adorable! They are comfortable for him to wear all day, eating and napping is fine! I’m quite pleased!
